Guidelines and Requirements for your dog(s) stay:
We are fully licenced and insure for up to 3 dogs plus our own PoppyYour dog(s) must be up to date with their vaccinations and proof of this will be required BEFORE the date of their stay. (Original veterinary documentation required, not photocopies).
Your dog(s) MUST be spayed or neutered. We do not take intact dogs under any circumstances.
Your dog MUST be FULLY house-trained. We understand that accidents happen occasionally but if persistent soiling occurs during their stay there will be a surcharge of £100 will be payable on the collection of your dog(s) to cover professional cleaning costs.
Your dog must not have any infectious condition(s) that may put other dogs at risk and be up to date with worm and flea treatments.
An initial free and no obligation meet and greet is required and if successful it is necessary your dog(s) complete a trial overnight stay charged at £25.
Our booking/disclosure form must be completed and returned to us on the day of arrival. We will be unable to board your dog without having your completed form.
We ask that you understand that these requirements are non-negotiable. They are in place for the well-being of our dog and other dogs that stay with us.
These requirements are in addition to our full terms and conditions.
